(California, KY.) Inperium, Inc. and Holly Hill Children’s Home, Inc. (“Holly Hill”), a nonprofit provider of behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and their families, have agreed to affiliate. The affiliation is Inperium’s first in Kentucky which becomes the nineteenth state in which Inperium now operates.
Inperium will invest in Holly Hill to advance its mission, and the parties will combine their administrative operations to generate economies of scale and enhance overall performance.
James Sherry, Chief Executive Officer of Holly Hill, commented: “Holly Hill was chartered in 1884 through a special act of the Kentucky General Assembly. We chose to affiliate with Inperium because it is one of America’s fastest growing nonprofits with an impressive record of consistently exceptional performance.
