Supervised Visitation

The Supervised Visitation program provides an opportunity for the non-residential, residential parent and child(ren) to visit a safe and neutral location. Supervised Visitation is supervised contact between the non-custodial parent, one or more children, and at times other family members.

The goal of Holly Hill’s Supervised Visitation/ Monitored Exchange programs is to provide a safe, consistent, and trauma-informed space. This opportunity for connection between visiting parents and youth is done with the hope that the family connection will remain during times of transition and that all parties will prioritize fostering positive and healthy relationships.

Prior to initiating services, both the visiting and residential parties must schedule and complete an intake appointment with our Visitation Program Supervisor. A child orientation will be required before starting services, if the child is over the age of one. A fee of $35.00 is required for the family to complete the intake interview and includes the interview for the visiting party, residential party, and child orientation. The visiting party is the expected payee.

All services are provided for a fee. Visitation fees are based on a sliding scale according to the visiting parent’s income. Proof of Income is required for services and will be confirmed during the intake appointment.
