Welcome to Holly Hill’s Behavioral Health Services.

Holly Hill’s Outpatient Therapy Center is located at our Highland Heights Campus. We offer individualized mental health service options tailored to fit your child and family’s needs, specifically offering office, school based, and tele-health services. Holly Hill providers use evidence-based treatment approaches in a positive, non-judgmental, and collaborative way, with the focus being on the strength of the client and their support system.

We believe that successful treatment occurs when there is a strong partnership between the therapist, the client, and their family/support system. Our Licensed Therapists conduct sessions in school or at our office to help improve the quality of life for everyone involved. Our counseling options are designed to fit the needs of each individual child, teen, and family by offering integrated support for trauma, anxiety, depression, social issues, loss and grief, abuse, divorce, anger management, LGBTQ issues, and much more. Our various forms of therapies and programs will help children and families address and cope with past or current issues.

We accept Kentucky Medicaid (Aetna, Anthem, Humana, Passport, United Healthcare, WellCare), as well as most major commercial insurances (Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Custom Design Benefits, Humana, Medical Mutual, Tricare East, United Healthcare, etc.) Please call our office for additional insurance questions. Our service area covers seven counties which include Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Gallatin, Carroll, Grant, Pendleton, and Owen counties.

SCHOOL-BASED SERVICES

Holly Hill’s School-Based services are designed to be an accessible, community-based service for children and youth that have been identified as having behavioral and emotional problems that impact the student’s ability to function successfully in the school, home, or community settings.

Mental health services are available on-site at select school districts. Services are offered to children and youth grades K-12 with the average length of service varying based on the unique needs of the client. Treatment predominately takes place in the school setting but may include community and/or home-based services depending on what is agreed upon by the client, parent/guardian, and therapist during the assessment and treatment planning process.

Services provided by the identified treatment team may include:

    • Additional Assessment/Screening
    • Individual and/or family counseling
    • Group psychotherapy for children and/or parents/caregivers
    • Crisis intervention
    • Case management
    • Client-centered consultation with teachers/school personnel.
